Mommy's Baptism Dress

On Sunday Abi wore one of my dresses from childhood to church.

She thought it was the neatest thing that she was wearing Mommy's baptism dress. 

She and I must have been the same size at this age because it seems to fit her just like it used to fit me.

 

It's really not too outdated with the exception of the puffy sleeves which you never see anymore.

 

She even wore my baptism ring and necklace.

Abi's favorite part was twirling around in it because it was so long.

Maybe one day my granddaughter will wear it.  :)
